So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

We are living in a world which is continuously, developing and becoming global changing. Without doubt, these changing and transformations affect relations among people. These written rules and laws which arrange our relations lag behind concerned with these should be revised again. The relations between employers and employees have also changed in time but since the Act on Trade Unions an Collective Bargaining which has been in effect for 30 years can’t meet these changings, some necessary revisions have been inevitable. On the other hand, the fact that Turkish Republic has to obey the norms of European Union Social Act and International Labour Organisation which are International Organisations to which Turkey is bound has made some revisions inevitable
