This paper aim to analyse and discuss the dimensions of the neoliberal transformation in case of Northern Cyprus. First of all based on Bourdieu’s (1998) and Harvey‘s (2005)definition of neoliberalism the validity of these definitions for Northern Cyprus would be questioned. On the other hand the paper would consider that Northern Cyprus case has got specific facts that determines the dimensions of neoliberal policies. Given the complexity of Cyprus problem and its effects to the socio-economic life of Northern Cyprus the hardcore of the paper would be the market-state relations and the interactions among them. At this point, especially rather than the analysis of Turkey’s Cyprus policy as a part of changing dynamics in foreign policy, the approaches to the Northern Cyprus socio-economic life would be the priority of the paper. On the other hand neoliberal agenda in case of Northern Cyprus and the contradictions within the application process would tried to be defined. In addition to these the paper would discuss that the neoliberal transformation of Northern Cyprus could not be limited only to JDP era but this era has different nuances that also means a further step in the application of the neoliberal policies. Given that the activities of Technical Assistance Committee and the bilateral protocols would be analysed. As a result the place of Northern Cyprus within the international economy regarding the neoliberal era would tried to be answered
