Abstract enMany scholars have been educated in Kayseri known as the çenter of scholars from Seljuk’s time to the present day. We raise the life and work of the statesman Grand vizier Mehmed Pasha in this study. Mehmed Pasha, climbed from to the Grand vizier in Ottoman Empire and served his State and nation on every stage of State organization for almost 40 years, he didn’t forget where he was bom and he had mosques, madrasahs and libraries built there
