Abstract:

The Holy Qur’an is the first basic source of Islamic Law in inferencing : ajudgment (istinbaat al-hukm). Because of Mutawatir Qur’anic Recitations meet the requirements of being Qur’an, they are evaluated as Qur’an. Therefore Qur’anic Recitations have a close relationship with Islamic law. Because of their different methodologies, the doctrinal sections put forward different judgments. One of them is the ablution that has a fundamental importance in Muslim’s life. In this article, to show relationship between Qur’anic Recitation and Islamic Law, the assessments, which related with effects of touch in ablution, will be discussed.
