The future of a nation has close relationship with the education of her chil- dren and young people. Since the information technology with its tremendous speed of progress is shaping our daily life , there is a need to reconsider the methodology of future teacher’s education.When the teacher- candidates had been educated at electronically equipped class rooms by utilising information technologies, they ac- quired the theoretical knowledge alongside with the applicational school field prac- tice knowledge with deeper insight as well. In this paperwork , we have tried to find out how the attitude of the stu- dents of Erzincan Education Faculty Elementary Education Class Teachers had been positively effected toward teaching discipline, by utilisation of technology of inter- net and computer of American students, at their theoretical lectures..In order to measure the attitude changes of the teacher–candidates at applicational elementary schools after they are tought at internet and computer media of electronically equipped class-rooms, we have designed a 5 step Licert type attitude scale (Ö.U.T.K.İ.T.Ö) and pilot application had been done at first step. Attitude scaling form which had been used at pilot application contained 40 items,however after evaluations and analysis reduced to 33 question items.At second step,the work relat- ing to reliability and acceptability of the measurement scale had been completed and field application is realised.
