So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

This study aimed to investigate the changes resulting from traumatic experiences such as diagnosis of organ failure and waiting for organ transplant. The study was conducted on 100 patients waiting for life-saving organ transplants. The data collection tools included Semi-structured Interview Form, PTS Symptom Scale, Stress Coping Styles Scale, and Death Anxiety Scale. The mean PTS symptom score of patients was 1.728±0.499, death anxiety 8.630±1.988, and general stress-coping style 1.681±0.255. The mean PTS symptom level of patients on the transplant list differed significantly from other variables related to disease and the treatment. Our findings suggest that mental and social support is vital in the process of organ transplant.
