Çekimsiz fiiller, Türk dilinde hem fiiller hem de isimlerle benzerlik gösteren yapılardır. Çekimsiz fiiller, özel eklerle fiil gövdelerinden türetilmektedir, fiiller gibi bir oluş, bir durum bildirirler olumlu ve olumsuz biçimleri vardır. Bununla beraber, çekimsiz fiiller isim çekim ekleri ve iyelik ekleri alabilmektedir. Çekimsiz fiillerin bir alt grubu olan sıfat-fiiller, isim çekim eklerini, iyelik eklerini alabildikleri gibi, edatlarla da kullanılabilmektedir. {-GI} sıfat-fiil eki, Eski Türkçe döneminden itibaren “deg” edatı ile birlikte kullanılmaktadır. Bu yapı, gereklilik, tahmin, ihtimal bildirmektedir. Bu çalışmada Tuva Türkçesinde {-GI}+deg yapısı incelenecektir.

Infinite verb forms can be used with suffixes of time. Therefore infinite verb forms are similiar to verbs. In addition this forms can also be used with case and possessive suffixes. Participles which are a sub-group of infinite verb forms can be used with prepositions as well as case and possesive suffixes. Participle suffix {-GI} and “deg” preposition have been used together since the Old Turkic. This structure expresses the necessity, prediction and possibility. In this article the structure of {-GI}+deg in the Tuvan Turkish will be examined.
