Failure Mode Effect Analysis(FMEA) can be defined as a risk analysis technique that enables the determination of prior improvement fields by identifying the potential failures of a product or process and considering the possible effects of these failures on customers. Priority ranking of FMEA is determined by Risk Priority Number (RPN) which is calculated by multiplication of occurrence, undetectability and severity of failures. But this analysis has some drawbacks which are possibility of different risks having same priority and ignorance of weights of risk factors. In this study, application and disadvantages of this technique was examined. Then FMEA was modified using by grey relational analysis to eliminate of these disadvantages, and an industrial application related with the subject was given
