The effort within the scope of this very study is to elucidate upon the reasons about the public policy making mandatorily in genesis, responding to the challenges of the industrial revolutions until very contemporary times, coupled with an analysis of the impact of the latter on public policy making. In the aftermath of the discussion of the fourth industrial revolution evolving from the very first one along with overwhelming and tremendous innovation and technology management the study dwells upon a second discussion and elaboration that underlines different facets of information society and corresponding related policy processes, with concrete cases drawn from the Turkish case within a context of fourth industrial revolution evaluation. Henceforth, the Turkish case shall be kept under close scrutiny in a comparative perspective with global counterparts, underlining the country’s attempts to keep up with the impact of the related thorough challenges.
