Milletlerin çocuklarına ad verme gelenekleri ve usulleri farklıdır. Türk kültüründe kişinin adı, onun kaderiyle ilgili olduğu için adların seçimine özen gösterilmiş, çocuklara ad verme gelenekleri çok eski devirlerde oluşmaya başlamış ve bazı değişikliklerle günümüze kadar ulaşmıştır. Türkmen Türklerinin tarihî süreçte yaşadıkları siyasi ve dinî değişiklikler, onların ad verme âdetlerini etkilemiştir. Kişi adları üzerinden de Türk kültürünün yansımalarını, Orta Asya’daki inanışları, İslamlığın etkisini ve Sovyet baskısını anlamak ve sosyolojik değişiklikleri izlemek mümkündür. Türkmen Türkçesinde fiillerden yapılan kişi adlarıyla ilgili bu çalışmada, yaklaşık 7000 kişi adından 901’inin fiillerden yapıldığı tespit edildi. Bunların 76’sı kız adı, 29’u hem erkekler hem kızlar için ortak olarak kullanılan kişi adıdır. Erkek çocuklarına verilen fiil kökenli isimlerin sayısı ise 796’dır. Türkçedeki bazı yapım eklerinin özellikle sıfat-fiil yapma eklerinin kişi adları türetmede de kullanıldığı görülmektedir. İncelememizde on adedi yapım eki, dokuzu fiilimsi ve dördü kiplik olmak üzere toplam yirmi üç şekil tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

The traditions and procedures of giving names to the children of the nations are different. In the Turkish culture, the name of the person has been taken care of the choice of names because it is related to his fate, the traditions of giving names to children have begun to form in very ancient times and with some changes have reached to the present day. The political and religious changes that Turkmen Turks have experienced in the historical process have influenced their admitting attitudes. It is also possible to understand the reflections of Turkish culture, the beliefs in Central Asia, the influence of Islamism and Soviet pressure, and to follow the sociological changes. In this study, about the names of the people made from the facts in Turkmen Turkmen, about 7,000 people named 901 were made from the facts. Of these, 76 are girl names, and 29 are common names for both men and girls. The number of names given to the male children is 796 . Some of the construction additives in Turkish are used in the creation of people's names. In our review, a total of twenty-three shapes were identified, including ten creation attachments, nine faculties and four patterns.

People’s Names Derived From Verbs In Turkmen Turkish

In the Turkish culture, since the name of a person is related to his/her fate, the selection of names has been done with care. The political and religious changes experienced by the Turkmen Turks in the historical process have affected their names. It is possible to understand the reflections of Turkish culture, the beliefs in Central Asia, the influence of Islam and the Soviet pressure, and follow sociological changes via them. In this study about people’s names in Turkmen Turkish, it has been found that 901 of the 7000 names were derived from verbs. 76 of these are female names and 29 of them are used for both boys and girls. The number of verb names given to boys is 796. It is seen that some derivational affixes, especially participle suffixes, in Turkish are also used in the derivation of people’s names. In this study, a total of 23 forms were found out of which ten were derivational affixes, nine were verbal nouns and four were modal verbs.
