So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Energy Consumption and Economic Growth in Turkey: Granger Causal Approach
2019
Author:
Abstract:

Energy has become an important and compulsory entrance to production and consumption activities after the industrial revolution. Energy is the key source of economic growth for the country’s economies. In this context, the relationship between economic growth, energy consumption and carbon emissions for both developed and developing economies has become an overlooking and studied topic. In this study, the relationship between economic growth, energy consumption and carbon emissions was sought to be examined from the point of view of Turkey. The data set is obtained annually and covers the periods 1961-2014. To make the data suitable for analysis, ADF and PP tests were first performed from stagnation tests applied in time series. The analysis was subsequently made between the variables. As a result of the integration, the VEC model was created. The Granger Cause Analysis was submitted. The results of the analysis have come to the conclusion that one-way energy consumption from GDP per person to energy consumption and one-way energy consumption from person to person is a one-way cause to carbon emissions.

Energy Consumpton and Economic Growth In Turkey: Granger Causality Approach

Abstract:

Energy has become an important and compulsory input of production and consumption activity after the industrialization revolution. It is also the main source of energy growth, which is the determinant of growth for the economies of the country. In this context, the relationship between economic growth, energy consumption and carbon emissions for both developed and developing economies has become a subject of considerable attention and studied extremely. In this study, the economic growth, the relationship between energy consumption and carbon emissions has been studied for Turkey. The data set is obtained annually and covers the period of 1961-2014. In order to adapt the data to the analysis, firstly ADF and PP tests were performed from the stationarity tests applied in time series. Then, cointegration analysis was performed among the variables. VEC model was established as a result of cointegration. Then Granger causality analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that there is a unidirectional causality towards per capita energy consumption from GDP per capita. In addition, according to the results of the analysis, it was concluded that there is a unidirectional causality towards per capita carbon emission from energy use per capita.
