ORTAOKUL TÜRKÇE DERSİ ÖĞRETİM PROGRAMI KAZANIMLARININ 21. YÜZYIL BECERİLERİ AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı ortaokul Türkçe dersi öğretim programı kazanımlarında 21. yüzyıl becerilerinin yer alma durumu incelemektir. Araştırmada incelenen doküman, Ortaokul Türkçe dersi öğretim programıdır. Araştırma nitel araştırma desenlerinden doküman incelemesine dayalı olarak yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemiyle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda Türkçe dersi öğretim programında 5, 6, 7. ve 8. sınıf kazanımları incelendiğinde en fazla Bilgi, Medya ve Teknoloji Becerilerine yer verildiği; en az ise Yaşam ve Meslek Becerilerine yer verildiği sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Bu sonuçlardan hareketle Türkçe dersi öğretim programında 21.yy becerilerine kazanımlarda yer verilmiş; fakat dengeli bir dağılım yapılmamıştır. Bazı beceri alanlarına fazla yer verilirken bazı alanlara ise az yer verildiği görülmüştür. Türkçe dersi öğretim programının amaçları arasında 21.yy becerilerine sahip bireyler yetiştirmek olduğu belirtilmiş olsa da kazanımlarda buna yeterince uyulmadığı söylenebilir.

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to study the status of the inclusion of the skills of the 21st century in the achievements of the secondary school Turkish lesson teaching program. The document studied in the study is a secondary Turkish lesson teaching program. The research is done on the basis of the document examination of the research patterns. The data obtained is analyzed by visual analysis method. The research results have found that when the 5, 6, 7 and 8 class achievements are studied in the Turkish lesson curriculum, the most information, media and technology skills are included; at least the life and professional skills are included. With these results, the Turkish lesson in the 21st century teaching program has been included in the achievements of the skills; but a balanced distribution has not been made. Some areas of skill are given a lot of space, while some areas are given a little space. Although the goal of the Turkish lesson program is to train individuals with the skills of the 21st century, it can be said that the achievements have not been followed enough.
