It should be considered that there is a serious underlying pathology in the presence of prolonged jaundice and differential diagnosis should be made. Infantile hypertrophic pyloric stenosis (IHPS) is obstruction of the stomach outlet resulting from constriction of pyloric duct. In this case report, a 33-day-old male who was diagnosed as IHPS by physical examination, ultrasonography and direct X-ray was presented and discussed with the complaint of prolonged jaundice and vomiting. In the presence of prolonged jaundice in the absence of etiology during the neonatal period, it is very rare that vomiting and malnutrition accompany it, but IHPS should be kept in mind.
