Abstract:

Araştırmanın temel amacı, Türkiye’deki sınır kapılarında görev yapan Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Mensubu personelinin tükenmişlik düzeyini ölçmek ve tükenmişlik, örgüte bağlılık ve işten ayrılma niyeti ilişkilerini analiz etmektir. Araştırmanın diğer amacı doğu ve batı illerindeki sınır kapıları çalışanlarının tükenmişlik düzeyleri, işten ayrılma niyetleri ve örgüte bağlılık düzeyleri arasındaki farklılıkları ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırma açıklayıcı nitelikte tasarlanmıştır ve veri toplama yöntemi ankettir. Kolayda örnekleme yoluyla 190 örneğe ulaşılmıştır

The data was gathered with a questionnaire and analysis was conducted on the data gathered from a sample of 190 employees
