Azerbaycan yazarı Elbey Süleymanlı’nın ilk romanı Ateistin Allahı’dır. Roman ruh göçü, ebedi hayat, tasavvuf, Yaradan, zaman, şeytan, ihanet, sadakat, sevgi, güç, egemenlik, bilim, itaatkârlık, modern kölelik, Âli hâkimiyet, Âli maksat gibi geniş konu yelpazesine sahiptir. Romanda dünya düzenindeki birçok olaya farklı açıdan bakan yazar, güncel ve siyasi olayların yanı sıra, mitolojiyi de eserinde zarif bir motif olarak işlemiştir.
Eserde iki zıt kutbu temsil eden Henri Rotstar’la Cavad Süleymanlı’nın hayatı, istek ve amaçları anlatılır. Henri maddiyatın ve gücün, Cavad maneviyatın sembolüdür. Henri Rotstar dünya genelindeki hâkimiyetini koruma ve devam ettirmek için ebedi yaşamak ister. Tasavvufa benzer bir dini mezhep yaratan Cavad ve arkadaşları dinin insanların yaşadığı çağa göre gelişmesi fikrini savunup dine olan bakış açısını yenilemek isterler. Lakin onların bu düşüncesi kabul görmez, Cavad ve arkadaşları hapsolurlar.
Uzun yıllardır ölümsüz olmayı arzu eden Henri, bütün ünlü bilim adamlarını onun biyoloji enerjisine uygun biyoloji enerji, yani ruh aramaya ve ruh göçü vasıtasıyla yeni, genç bedende yaşamına devam etmeye seferber eder. Henri is the symbol of materiality and power, the symbol of Cavad spirituality. Henri Rotstar wants to live eternally to preserve and maintain his sovereignty over the world. Cavad and his friends, who created a religious discipline similar to Tasavvufa, want to defend the idea of the development of religion according to the age of people living and to renew the perspective of religion. But they do not accept this thought, Cavad and his friends are imprisoned.
Henry, who has long wanted to be immortal, travels all famous scientists to search for biological energy, that is, the soul, which is suitable for his biological energy, and to continue his life in a new, young body through the immigration of the soul. As a result of long searches, the spirit of the young prisoner Cavad fits the spirit of Henri. Henri Rotstar wants to be immortal by emigrating his soul into the young body of Cavad through reencarnation. An unexpected disorder occurs during the circumference. Over time, Henri turns to Cavad as appearance and memory. But the spirit that makes sense of spirituality with divine love is now a devil being.

Desiring to be immortal for many years, Henri mobilizes all the famous scientists to continue his life in the new, young body through the search for the new soul. As a result of long searches, the spirit of the young prisoner Cavad fits the spirit of Henri. Henri Rotstar wishes to become immortal by reincarnating his soul into the young body of Javad. An unexpected problem occurs during the transformation. In time, Henri transforms into Javad in appearance and memory. But the soul, whose spirituality gains meaning with Divine love, is now a Satanic being.
