Özet:

The aim of the research is the determination of the financial, fiscal and administrative accounting in giving the information with the aim of the influence as well as the management of enterprise market value. The notion of the dataware of the enterprise market value, meaning the combined information contained in the data bases of the systems of account, analysis and control of the enterprise aimed at the regulation (increase and decrease) of the reliable price for which the enterprise can be sold at the competitive market on the estimation date of given enterprise property according to the agreement made between a buyer and a seller has been improved after analyzing reference, educational and scientific materials where the issues concerning the notions «management», «market value of the enterprise», «dataware» and «economic potential» were considered. Basic accounting information necessary for the management of enterprise value (primary (financial, administrative, fiscal accounting) and secondary (information, received after the  internal economic control and analysis)) has been considered.
