Bu çalışmanın amacı, algılanan tüketici etkililiği ile ekolojik bilinçli tüketici davranışları ilişkisinde çevresel kaygının aracılık rolünü araştırmaktır. Çalışmanın evreni, Çorum il merkezindeki tüketiciler olup bu evrenden Çorum il merkezinde faaliyet gösteren AVM’ de alışverişe gelen 410 kişi araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında basit tesadüfi örneklem yöntemi ile tüketicilere anket uygulanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında tüketicilerin yaş değişkeni ile sosyal ve politik konulara duyarlılıkları arasında pozitif yönlü ilişki bulunmuş; eğitim, gelir ve medeni durum değişkenleri ile bir ilişki tespit edilememiştir. Çevresel kaygının ekolojik bilinçli tüketici davranışı üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Yine çalışmanın ana teması olan algılanan tüketici etkililiğinin ekolojik bilinçli tüketici davranışı üzerinde etkisine çevresel kaygının kısmi olarak aracılık yaptığı görülmüştür.
The aim of this study is to explore the mediation role of environmental concerns in the relationship between the perceived consumer effectiveness and the ecologically conscious consumer behavior. The universe of the study, consumers in the center of the province of Çorum and 410 people from this universe in the center of the province of Çorum who entered to the AVM, formed the sample of the study. In the framework of the study, the survey was applied to consumers with a simple random sample method. The study found a positive relationship between the age change and the sensitivity of consumers to social and political issues; a relationship with the education, income and civic change has not been identified. The environmental concern has a statistically significant impact on ecological conscious consumer behavior. Again, the main topic of the study has shown that the impact of the perceived consumer effectiveness on ecological conscious consumer behavior has been partially mediated by environmental concerns.
