Özet:

The subject of this article is the issue of women’s being beaten which is the 34th Ayat of Surat An-Nisâ. Islam Religion is based on the unity of family and has some rules and regula-tıons about it. the basis of society is a solid family structure. The healthier the family struc-ture, the healthier it will be in society. Societies with a deteriorating family structure cannot maintain their existence for a long time. For him, islam has recommended that the family be established on solid foundations first. After the family is established on strong a basis, ıt has been asked to avoid habits and behaviours which may ruin the unity of the family. The continuation of the family has been kept above everything. Any behavior that may damage the integrity of the family is prohibited. Behaviors that may damage to the integrity of the family can cause either by man or caused by female or both man. Regulation has been int-roduced according to the source of the problem. Necessary regulations have been intro-duced against men or women who may harm family integrity. In the 34th Ayat of Surat An-Nisâ, the things that should be done against the women who harm the family unity have been mentioned. İn this case, three different solutions have been completed. First, he is commanded to give advice. At the second stage, he was asked to remain separate. at the final stage, it is recommended to beat it. In this study, the issue of women’s being beaten which is in mentioned Ayat has been analyzed. The issue has been assessed both in the unity of Ayat and Qur’an–Sunnah Integrity in a broad aspect. Related verse how the prophet un-derstand and implemented it was researched and it was determined that the expression in the shape of " beat it" is not an order, but advice. it has been seen that the main goal is not to beat the woman, but to save the family. İn the related verse, it is asked to educate not the woman, but the woman whose behavior caused the disintegration of the family nest with her behavior. The goal is not to beat or offend a woman, but to save a family that has reac-hed the point of destruction.
