In recent years, increase of preferred house alternatives and growth in the number of population those who buy houses, change and rise in way of life and in standards of house buyers in the rapidly changing and developing housing sector have caused a change in criteria at house buying. In this study, factors that can be effective in the process of house buying, preferences of households and nominal correlation have been analysed with coefficients, and the factors which affect or do not affect owning house have been determined. Also factors have been supported with rates according to whether there is difference or not in terms of sub-categories
