Introduction and Objective: In our study, we aimed at studying the effects of lung ultrasound on prognostic factors (parapneumonic fusion, ampyema development, etc.) in the clinic of breast diseases and the Anesthesia Intensive Care Unit. Method and Requirements: From 01.01.2017 to 01.06.2018 our study included 50 patients followed by pre-diagnosis of pneumonia and/or pleural fusion at the Van Hundred Years University School of Medicine’s Breast Disease Clinic and Anesthesia Intensive Care Unit. Patients were monitored with lung ultrasound, the factors that influenced the prognosis of these phenomena were studied. 16 of the patients involved in the study are women (32%), 34 are men (78); the average age is 60.4±19.4 (min. 15 to max. It was 87. Plevral fusion was detected in 56% of cases. The Light criteria were assessed in patients with torasenthes, with an average LDH (593.89 ± 832.6), glucose (102.50 ± 46.67 mg/dl) and albumin (2.93 ± 3.46 g/dl). 28,57 percent of the 28 incidents were transud and 71,42 percent exud. In the fluid hemogram analysis of the 28 incidents of torasentez, 39.3 percent of lymphocytes, 46.4 percent of neutrophils and 14.3 percent of eosinophils were present. The ADA level considered in 4 cases with the cause of pre-diagnosis of tuberculosis is an average of 48.75 ±2.5 IU/L (min. It is 45-max 50). 4 cases of tube toracoscopy, 1 cases of decoration was made, there was no patient in need of fibrinolithic. The average deposit time of the cases is 7.78±5.44 days (min. It was 2 Max 22. CONTRIBUTION and RESULT: As a result of the data arising in our study, we believe that lung ultrasound is needed to be used more frequently in current practice due to its advantages such as high success in entrepreneurial processes, the reduction of complications and, most importantly, the possibility of treatment at the patient, including first and foremost intensive care.
