Bu araştırmada, kadınların toplumsal cinsiyet rolleriyle ilgili tutumlarının ve aile bağlamında benliğin kuşak bağlamında incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Sivas/Merkez, Gaziantep/Merkez, Şanlıurfa/Siverek ve Hakkâri/Yüksekova’da yaşayan 128 aileye (kız evlat, anne, anneanne) toplam 384 kişiye ulaşılmıştır. Katılımcılara, Toplumsal Cinsiyet Rolleri Tutum Ölçeği(2011) ve Aile Bağlamında Benlik Ölçeği (2005) ve demografik bilgilerini belirlemek amacıyla bir anket formu uygulanmıştır. Kız evlatların yaş ortalaması 22.71’dir (S = 5.51); annelerin yaş ortalaması 46.02’dir (S = 7.63); anneannelerin yaş ortalaması 71.49’dur (S = 10.68). Sonuçta toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri tutumunda kız evlatların anne ve anneanneden; annenin de anneanneden daha eşitlikçi tutum gösterdiği bulunmuştur. Aile bağlamında benlik kurgusunun ilişkisellik boyutunda anneannelerin anne ve kız evlatlardan, annelerin ise kız evlatlardan daha ilişkisel; özerk-ilişkisellik boyutunda kızların anne ve annelerden, annelerin de anneannelerden daha özerk-ilişkisel olduğu bulunmuştur. Yapılan hiyerarşik regresyon analizi sonucunda eşitlikçi cinsiyet rolü tutumunu ve evlilikte cinsiyet rolü tutumunu yaş ve ilişkiselliğin negatif, özerklik ve özerk-ilişkiselliğin pozitif yönde; kadın cinsiyet rolü tutumunu ve geleneksel cinsiyet rolü tutumunu yaş ve ilişkiselliğin negatif, özerk-ilişkiselliğin ise pozitif yönde; erkek cinsiyet rolü tutumunu yaş, ilişkisellik ve eğitimin negatif yönde yordadığı görülmüştür. Bu sonuç değişen toplumsal durumla birlikte toplumsal cinsiyet rollerine ilişkin tutumun değişim gösterdiğine işaret etmektedir. Bununla beraber toplumsal cinsiyet rolündeki eşitlikçi tutuma özellikle ikinci ve üçüncü kuşakta eğitimin ve gelir durumunun önemli bir katkısı olması; kadınların eğitimine ve çalışma hayatındaki yerine önem verilmesi gerekliliğini bir kez daha ortaya koymuştur
This study aims to study women’s attitudes towards social gender roles and self in the family context in the gender context. For this purpose, a total of 128 families (daughter, mother, grandmother) living in Sivas/Center, Gaziantep/Center, Shanlıurfa/Siverek and Hakkari/Yüksekova have reached 384 people. Participants were applied a survey form to determine their social gender roles attitude scale(2011) and family-related identity scale(2005) and demographic information. The average age of the girls is 22.71 (S = 5.51); the average age of the mothers is 46.02 (S = 7.63); the average age of the grandmothers is 71.49 (S = 10.68). After all, in the attitude of social gender roles, the girl's children have a more equal attitude than the mother and grandmother; and the mother's attitude is more equal than the grandmother. In the context of the family, it has been found that the relative dimension of the self-fiction is more relative to the grandmother and daughter than to the son, and the mother is more relative to the daughter than to the son; in the autonomic dimension, the daughter is more autonomic than to the mother and mother, and the mother is more autonomic than to the grandmother. The hierarchical regression analysis resulted in the attitude of the equal gender role and the attitude of the gender role in marriage in the negative direction of age and relationships, autonomy and autonomy; the attitude of the gender role and the traditional gender role attitude in the negative direction of age and relationships; the attitude of the gender role in the positive direction; the attitude of the gender role in the negative direction of age, relationships and education. This result indicates that the attitude towards the social roles of gender has changed along with the changing social situation. Nevertheless, the equal attitude in the role of gender in society, especially in the second and third generations, is a significant contribution to education and income; it has once again demonstrated the need to pay attention to women’s education and their workplace.
