Özet:Backgroud:Organizational justice perception and organizational commitment level were frequently described as related variables in the literature of health and organizational psychology. In evaluating to these related variables, study with specific organizations such as health care organizations plays an important role. Objectives:Thisstudy is aimed to determine the relationship between organizational justice perception and organizational commitment behavior; also to determine the demographic factors influencing that relationship. Nobody has studied justice perception about Nursing Regulation which was published at 8 th of March 2010. So we also aimed to measure justice perception about Nursing Regulation. Methods:Personnel of a state hospital located in İzmir is forming research space and survey method is used for collecting data. Survey distributed total personel, totally 433 replied it. Results:Positive relatonship is found between organizational justice perception and organizational commitment.Conclusion:Nursing Regulation is perceived more justice,by graduates, under graduates and doctors perceived it more justice than nurses.
