In this study, the relationship between secondary school teacher's perceptions of management by values and organizational trust are examined. The research sample consists of 219 secondary school teachers who work in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Yakutiye district in Erzurum, 2013-2014 academic years. "Organizational Trust Scale" and "Management by Values Scale" are used in data collection. In this correlational research, standard deviation, mean, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis are used in the analysis of the data. The results of the study indicate that the secondary teachers' views on the management by values are at the level of "Strongly agree". In addition, it has been determined that in secondary schools the management by values is related to teachers’ perceptions of organizational trust. The results of the regression analysis show that all dimensions of organizational trust (trust in manager, trust in colleagues, and trust in partners) are significantly and positively predicted by management by values variable.
