In this study, the findings of the ikhtilāṭ (to have problems in the mind and memory functions towards the end of life) made by the parties will be discussed in terms of whether there is an interview between the person who has determined the ikhtilāṭ and the situation. As it is known, these determinations by nature can only be made by those who are aware of the problems in the mind and mind functions of the transmitter. The research has been limited to the transmitters in al-Kavākib al-nayyirāt which is the most voluminous among the works written in this subject in the classical period. In this context, first of all, it has been investigated how much of the explanations of the ikhtilat that are subject to the examination can be explained by the relationship with the teacher-student. In addition, although there is no such contact between them, it has been examined whether the persons who make this determination and their parties live in the same period. It has been shown whether the persons who were determined to be ex-officio met or not, in other words, whether the determination of the ikhtilat was based on observation. In this context, the reliability of the explanations that appear to be problematic due to the lack of relationship between the person who identified the ikhtilat and the transmitter and the culprit was discussed. In addition, the findings of the ikhtilat were examined on the basis of the level and death dates of the transmitters, and thus, it was aimed to determine whether the progression of the science of jarḥ-taᶜdı̄l was compatible with these determinations. In the case of ikhtilat of contradiction with each other, it was also discussed whether the contact between the person who had established the ikhtilat and the transmitter would be used as a preference.

In this context, first of all, it has been investigated how much of the explanations of the disputes that are subject to the examination can be explained by the relationship with the teacher-student. In addition, although there is no such contact between them, it has been examined whether the persons who make this determination and their parties live in the same period. It has been shown whether the persons who were determined to be ex-officio met or not, in other words, whether the determination of the conflict was based on observation. In this context, the reliability of the explanations that appears to be problematic due to the lack of relationship between the person who identified the dispute and the transmitter and the guilty was discussed. In addition, the findings of the conflict were examined on the basis of the level and death dates of the transmitters, and thus, it was aimed to determine whether the progress of the science of jarḥ-tacdıl was compatible with these determinations. In the case of conflict of contradiction with each other, it was also discussed whether the contact between the person who had established the conflict and the transmitter would be used as a preference.
