The Balkans stand out as a remarkable region in global energy geopolitics. The Balkan countries, which are surrounded by the European Union, Russia andTurkey, lead to competition through their strategic advantage in the energy trade. On the other hand, the growing economies of the Balkan countries have increased their energy needs. Owing to this increase, dependent-energy are as becomes an emerging energy market. However, the Balkans are more important as energy corridors. Today, the Balkan countries are at the crossroads of many giant energy projects. The study which emerged from the energy outlook of the Balkan countries; has been analyzed the position of the region in the global energy geopolitics in terms of economy-politic. As a result of the work, it is understood that the Balkans could have a developing potential in the energy market.
