2012

Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Dergisi
Yazar:
Özet:

Şiiri, içinde yaşadığı toplumun faydasına kullanmayı amaç edinmiş şairler içerisinde Mehmet Âkif'in adı ilk sıralarda yer alır. Vatan konusu etrafında gelişen hürriyet, istibdat, tefrika, milliyetçilik-ırkçılık meselelerini tartışan şiirlerinin yanı sıra, toplumdaki ahlakî yıkım, Müslüman Türk aile yapısındaki kırılmalar, eğitimsizlik ve sonuçları, Âkif'in sorunsallaştırdığı sosyal konular, şiirleri içerisinde önemli yer tutar. "… Hayal ile yoktur benim alışverişim / … Her ne demişsem görüp de söylemişim" (“Fatih Kürsüsünde, s.268) diyerek hayalden hakikate ulaşmak adına çekinmeden kullandığı sözcük ve ifadelerle halkın içinden doğmuş hikayeleri işlemeyi ihmal etmez. Anahtar Sözcükler: Mehmet Âkif Ersoy, halk kültürü, deyimler, atasözleri, argo/argolu ifadeler, fıkralar, hikayeler, mani ve halk şiirleri. Abstract Mehmet Akif is among the first names that come to mind when talking about the poets using poems for the benefit of the society they live in. As well as his poems on freedom, autocracy, segregation, nationalism-racism issues discussed under the general theme of nation; the poems he wrote on moral breakdown of the society, corruption of the Muslim-Turkish family structure and lack of education and its negative results are of great importance as they problematize social issues. Turkish proverbs such as “Do a favor and throw into the sea, the God will appreciate it even if the fish does not,”, “Set a thief to catch a thief” and “Sometimes the innocent suffer along with the guilty" as well as Turkish idioms such as “make free with”, “broke and shabby” and “Someone's true colors have been shown” are commonly encountered in his poems. Mehmet Akif used such proverbs and idioms quite frequently since he always made the statement: “If you want to communicate with the public, then you should mingle freely with the crowd.” and “Use the public words by abiding by the public pronunciation and meanings of these words.” He followed his own advice by using the structures unique to the public speech. As can be understood from his words: "…I have no business with the imaginary / … All I say is based on reality" (“Fatih Kürsüsü, p. 268), he preferred to use public words and expressions to escape from the imaginary and reach reality while working on the stories created by the public. Key Words: Mehmet Akif Ersoy, folk culture, idiom, proverb, slang/slang expression, anecdote, story, ditty and folk poetry.

Özet:

Poetry, among the poets intended to use for the benefit of the society in which he lives, is the name of Mehmet Akif in the first place. In addition to his poems discussing the issues of freedom, self-righteousness, thefricism, nationalism-rasism that develop around the subject of the country, moral destruction in society, breakdowns in the Muslim Turkish family structure, uneducationality and consequences, social issues that Akih’s problematized, has an important place in his poems. "If the fish doesn't know, the hole knows," "the fingers look the nails," "the age also burns alongside the thorn," alongside the slogan "to be a hundred eyes," "to swallow," "the hole," "thanks fell, the hole appeared," "thanks no foul in the middle, no eggs" etc. It is possible to find a significant number of words in his poems. He said, “Would you want to carry out interconnections between the Avam? You are mixed with the people. “There is a recommendation among the people, ‘with the words that are spoken, zapt with your pronunciation.’” This advice is also applied in the first place by using public language structures. “There is no fantasy with my trade, I have seen and said whatever I have said” (Fatih Kursa, p.268) and the words and expressions he uses without fear to reach the truth from the dream and the people do not forget to process the stories born in the people.
