Manufacturing enterprises are in a continuous research to improve their operations and achieve better results at lower costs. Lean manufacturing creates the improvement gates for businesses by offering proposals for obtaining economic and quality products by eliminating wastes for businesses. The improvement can be started is due to the definition of the point where the problem arises. Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is an effective technique that can be used to implement the philosophy of continuous improvement for businesses. In this study, the improvements are discussed for the business can meet the customer demand more quickly and easily while applying a DAH method in a production operation to separate value-added and non-value-added transactions. For this purpose, the current flow map has been drawn up in accordance with the operator's current data. In the current situation, problems such as the presence of too many semi-finished stocks, long delivery times after ordering, difficulty in traceability of the products in the lines, large order changes and bottlenecks in some production processes have been identified. At these problem points, improvements were made so that the production times for each of the production units were determined and the balanced production flow at the appropriate points was designed. The principles that would provide simultaneous flow of the product and the planning were determined and the future situation map was drawn by designing the lean production flow. Possible improvement objectives were determined and possible gains were calculated to achieve the designed future situation. Comparisons of current and future situation have been made.
