To cope with the pace of change and competition, businesses are seeking answers through a variety of procedures. One of those answers is the employees. It is a response to volunteer activities that are not written to the job requirements of the employees and beyond the expectations. This is another way of transforming applications within the enterprise into output that will create value with new information and technology. Quality is another answer quality as globalization, intense competition and the sustainability of enterprises under the pressure of change. Businesses can respond to qualifications that include opportunities and threats. Businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction, provide quality goods / services, continuously improve, and manage the processes of the chain extending to the supplier are going to gain competitive advantage in the sectors in which they operate. TQM applications form the basis for efforts to achieve these advantages. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the participants' perception of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Innovation and Total Quality Management. Within the scope of the research, a data set was formed from 397 white and blue-collar employees in 24 private enterprises from 4 provinces in TR33 Zafer Development Agency. As a result of the study, positive and meaningful relationships between Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Innovation on Total Quality Management applications were determined.
