Family practice is a primary care health service preferred and applied in nearly all of the developed countries. In our country, to contemporarily reorganize and presented to be preferred by all citizens, the primary care health service has been created and put into effect in a unique model. The family physician is to administer the family health center, inspect the team he/she works with and provide in-service training, carry out health services directed to individuals necessitated from special health programs conducted by the Ministry of Health, approach to the individuals registered to him/her as a whole, perform health services in a team percept. In this study, level of satisfaction of the service providers based on the family physician model applied in the Kars province and its surroundings have been admeasured. Additionally, it is aimed to find out the difference between the demographic features and the level of satisfaction of the service providers. A satisfaction questionnaire, consisting of two sections and 18 questions, has been conducted to 60 service provider participants partaking in the family physician model system in the Kars province. The results of the data has been analyzed and evaluated by a statistical package program. According to the research results, a significant difference has not been observed between the satisfaction levels and demographic features of the service providers in the family physician model.
