The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational justice and organizational trust perceptions of teachers. It was also aimed at investigating what can be done to determine and increase the factors affecting teachers' organizational justice and trust perceptions. The research was designed as mixed methods. Sequential explanatory design was used as a mixed method strategy. The main group composed of teachers working in Kilis. A total of 170 teachers was selected through simple random sampling method from teachers in the universe constitute the sampling of the current study. Qualitative data were obtained from 18 teachers. In the study, the data were collected through “Organizational Justice Scale” “Organizational Trust Scale” According to the results organizational justice was the positive predictor of organizational trust. The findings of the study revealed that the organizational justice perceptions of teachers were in high level and perceptions of teachers about organizational trust was at medium level.
