This research is a systematic review to investigate the effect of case management model in psychiatric diseases. Google scholar, central and pupmed research sites were used for the study. At the end of the study, 22 articles on case management were identified and 17 studies were included in the study. It has been determined that the case management model of 17 items examined was effective in psychiatric diseases, hospitalization rate, readmission, hospital stay, and health care costs, but not in family, occupational and social functions.
