The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational trust perceptions and work engagement. The sample of the study was chosen with convenience sampling technique and consisted of 110 bank employees. The data of the study was obtained through questionnaire. Organizational trust perceptions were measured by a two-dimensional short form of "Organizational Trust Inventory" developed by Bromiley and Cummings (1996). A short version of the scale developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2003) was used for work engagement. The data were subjected to relevant analyzes (descriptive statistics and correlation analysis) and the findings were interpreted. According to the results of the correlation analysis, it was determined that there is a positively meaningful relationship between organizational trust (cognitive and emotional) and work commitment (vigor, devotion and assimilation).
