The concept called modern is used as new, identical with innovation. The past and the tradition are included in the modern concept as "obsolete, does not respond to the needs of the age". When modern art is mentioned, it is defined as art that is open to innovations and open to the future and open to the horizons of the future. The modern concept and modern art that emerged with the age of learning has been considered as art that turns back to the traditional art and the face to the future. Every art must be influenced by the historical and cultural backgrounds of the people who live in that geography, from the period in which it was built, from the period before it was built, to the geography in which it has lived, to the geography where it has lived, to the people living in that geography. It is a well-known fact that the creation of modern art products by performing an activity which can be said to be a re-evaluation. The artists of modern art follow every innovation that has seen the trends of the times, and every novelty that comes into this artist's interest. Thinking about how to evaluate these new trends in his works of art, the artist does not desire to ignore his ties to the past and reassesses it by considering and modernizing the traditional art that is judged as "obsolete and absurd". Modern art continues its development by being influenced by the cultural and social economic values of the traditional sanat and the era and assimilating the innovations. In this report, the factors that affect modern art are tried to be briefly mentioned
