Today, when we talk about new media and possibilities and the concept of virtual citizenship, we are becoming insensitive to change, and it is becoming more and more important to us to manage change beyond the insensitivity. Here, human quality is emerging as the most important factor when this change is governed. In universal principles, skilled personality is influenced by many variables as a developmental indicator, but the main determining and shaping main constituent is education. While the characteristics that the individual possesses, the skills become meaningful and important every day in the race to capture the soul of the time, it is no longer necessary to evaluate and develop it appropriately according to the meaning of age, aptitude, technology and environment. In this context, the use of social media in education by new communication technologies has been the main topic of this study. Especially in recent years, a questionnaire study has been conducted on university students to find out how young people integrate their social media tools into education because of the intensive use of social media in the education process. In this context, the Customer Relations Management course, which is included in the spring semester curriculum at 19 Mayıs University Samsun Vocational School, was chosen in order to determine how the students use social media in the context of education. In the world and in our country, most preferred to use social media, the student group included 40 students who took the course of Customer Relationship Management. Every week, there are notices and explanations in the Facebook group about the topics that are covered by DERste, and announcements about course topics, course content and examinations. The exam questions, which can be taken from time to time in the exam, are also directed to the students and the answers received are interpreted. Students with membership have access to course information, documents, and links. Collaboration, messaging, sharing and discussion environment were created in the social media environment. After a seven-week training session, a survey was conducted on behalf of the student's educational use of Facebook. The results of the questionnaires were processed in the SPSS program and the results were tabled and analyzed and the results were interpreted. As a result, it is seen that students are using Facebook in the context of education intensively in terms of usage purposes and they value Facebook positively in educational context.
