The developments on new cummunication technologies have changed the communication between the corporations and their target group. The way of communication, which is limited only with the informative announcement activities, has given its place to two-way process. The change in the communication ways of the corporations and with their target groups, has also affected the corporations` relations with media. The corporations have started to present the needed informations for media during making news process via their own virtual pressrooms on their web pages. With this new application which has saved cost and time, both the corporations that have had wide media coverage being in the news and media members have had the easy access opportunity for their needed informations. The result of the survey that was made on 110 media members, it has been discovered that the webpages will be used as an information source more frequently by journalists if the webpages are updated regularly. While Internet is on the first rank that has been mostly benefited method to get information about the corporations by journalists; among the journalists` preferred the corporate webpages: time and cost saving come into prominence.
