The aim of Critical literacy training is to educate individuals generating new and alternative ideas, giving importance to the concept of justice and equality, acting for social life. Based on the critical literacy training, it is thought that the teaching process aimed giving reading, listening, understanding and explaining skills will contribute to the process of education of the mother tongue.In this study package program developed for correlation with critical literacy training of Turkish courses is intended to apply in line with the action research approach. A guide book associated with critical literacy training courses on Turkish is finalized by preparing a package program which consists of textbooks and student workbooks according to expert opinion. Research application was carried out in Mehmetçik Secondary Schol 6/F class located in the center of the province of Balıkesir in 8 weeks. In the application process 7 different qualitative data collection tool was used including researchers blog, student blog, student activity files, video recording, audio recording, observation and interview In order to collect data in the application process. Coding of data finding and arranging of theme, identification and interpretation of findings operations of collected data were carried out by making content analysis of the data collected. It is understood that the teaching according to the teaching program package developed in the process of action research enhance students' critical literacy levels. Based on the data obtained from the teaching process research Turkish education associated with critical literacy has given students inquiry, comparison, discussion, critical visual reading, critical writing, real-life association, take action for change and social life skills.
