The aim of this research was to investigate the effect of laboratory applications program on science teachers' self efficacy beliefs regarding to use of laboratory. The participants of the study composed of 60 science teachers. The quasi-experimental method was conducted in the study. In order to examine teachers' self-efficacy beliefs regarding to use of laboratory "Laboratory Selfefficacy Scale" was used. The results of the analysis indicated that the difference between teachers' pretest and posttest scores was statistically significant. This finding revealed that the laboratory applications program has increased teachers' self-efficacy beliefs. In line with the results of the study, it can be suggested that the instructions about laboratory applications should be designed as applied practices instead of theoretical presentations
