The purposes of this study are to evaluate the programs of Reli-gious Culture and Moral Knowledge of second level of primary schools based on the Article of 2517 of the Documents of Bulle-tin, the thoughts and suggestions of the course teachers, and to present some suggestions for creating a better program. The current program has had some positive developments. How-ever, it has still some negative aspects. These include that it does not have enough dynamism, it lacks some points in terms of attaining the general aims of instruction, some of its subject matters are beyond of the students’ understandings’ capacity, it is far from the meeting the needs of contemporary world’s prob-lems, and it does not address the various beliefs and practices of people living in different parts of the country. It is hoped that the study can contribute to design a better pro-gram for the future, which accomplishes those necessities men-tioned above.
