Both the commitment and professional burnout of primary school teachers can have a direct impact on the general and specific objectives of the school and therefore on the students. Therefore, it was important to examine the organizational commitment and professional burnout perceptions of primary school teachers and the relationship between these two variables if any in order to make the students start a quality education and training life. The aim of study is determine relationship between organizational commitment and professional burnout perception of elementary teachers. Research’s data is collected with Organizational Commitment Scale and Maslach Burnout Scale. Sample of research consisted of 272 elementary school teachers whom working in Bayburt. According to research results there was positive, mid-level and significant relationship between complience sub-dimention of organizational commitment and professional bornout; negative, low-level and significient relationship between Identification sub-dimention and professional bornout; negative, mid-level and significient relationship between Internalization sub-dimention and professional bornout. Basides, elementary school teachers’s perception of professional bornout is a significant predictor of dimentions of organization commitment and explain separately 7% of total variance in complience and Identification sub-dimention, 14% of total variance in internalizetion sub-dimention.
