So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı,  bir kamu kurumu olan T.C.  Ardahan Valiliği’nde ve Valiliğe bağlı birimlerde çalışanların gösterdikleri dönüştürücü liderlik davranışları ile örgütsel yenilikçilik algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir.  Öncelikli olarak;  dönüştürücü liderlik ve örgütsel yenilikçilik teorik olarak incelenmiştir. Özel sektördeki firmalar için örgütsel yenilikçilik faaliyetleri hakkında geniş bir literatür varken kamu kurumlarında örgütsel yenilikçilik faaliyetlerine ilişkin çalışmalar oldukça sınırlıdır. Bu çalışma kamu sektörü için literatüre katkı yapması amaçlanmıştır.  Anket çalışması 2016 yılında T.C. Ardahan Valiliği’nde ve Valiliğe bağlı birimlerde çalışan 184 kişi üzerinde yapılmış ve yapılan bu çalışma sonunda çalışanların dönüştürücü liderlik davranışlarının örgütsel yenilikçiliği olumlu yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir

Relationship Between Transformative Leadership and Orthodox Innovation: An Example Of Public Institution

Abstract:

The main objective of this work is a public institution, T.C.  It is to study the relationship between the transformative leadership behaviors that employees show in the Ardahan Governorate and Governorate-related units and the perceptions of organizational innovation.  First of all; transformative leadership and organizational innovation are theoretically studied. While there is a broad literature on organizational innovation activities for companies in the private sector, the work on organizational innovation activities in public institutions is quite limited. This work is intended to contribute to literature for the public sector.  The survey was conducted in 2016 by T.C. More than 184 people worked in the Ardahan Governorate and Governorate-related units, and the study was conducted and found that the transformative leadership behavior of employees positively affected organizational innovation.
