So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Guney Amerika Dekolonyal Dusuncesinin Temel Kavramlari, Vaatleri ve Sinirlari
2021
Journal:
FSM İlmî Araştırmalar İnsan ve Toplum Bilimleri Dergisi
Author:
Abstract:

Fundamental Concepts, Promises and Limitations Of The South American Decolonial Thought
2021
Author:
Abstract:

The article aims to introduce the decolonial thought developed in 1990s by a group of South American thinkers to Turkish readership in light of its representatives and basic concepts while producing an original criticism. They posit that albeit colonialism formally ended, former colonies still experience coloniality in subcategories of power, knowledge and being. To surpass this impasse, history since 1492 must be properly comprehended, European thought critiqued and knowledge production liberated. Led by Quijano, Dussel and Mignolo, decolonialists promise an alternative perspective, a comprehension of various dimensions of dominance, and change. However, their particular focus on South America, not providing a concrete alternative to the current matrix, and addressing this matrix only at an abstract level are some criticizable points.
