Abstract:

The Soviet Socialist Republics Union (SSCB) under the presidency of Mikhail Gorbachev has entered a rapid breakdown since 1989. In August 1991, the Baltic Republics and the Ukrainian parliament adopted the independence decision. The Decision of Independence of the Ukrainian Parliament was adopted by the presentation to the parliament on 1 December 1991. The Russian, Ukrainian and White Russian presidents, who met in Brest, signed a protocol on the establishment of the "Sodrujestvo Nezavisimin Gosudarts" (Independent Nations Community-BUT). The unification of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus under the roof of the "United Nations Community" prepared the end of the long-lived Soviet Union. On December 21, 1991, a summit was held in the capital of Kazakhstan, Alma Ata, with the participation of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Armenia and Moldova. On the decision taken at the Alma Ata Summit, it was declared to the world in which the Soviet Union was involved in history. The dissolution of the Soviet Union was a historic turning point for the Turkish Republics of Central Asia: the Turkish Republics gained their independence. Nursultan Nazarbayev declared independence on 16 December 1991. The Republic of Turkey immediately recognized the independent Turkish Republics. The first time, these countries began in various cultural areas. In this framework, the consulates were opened, high-level visits were carried out. The press of the Turkish Republic has been given a wide range of places. In the article, first and foremost in the process of the establishment of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1991-1992) the relations between Turkey and Kazakhstan will be discussed using the Turkish press (National, Republic, Hürriyet).
