Özel emeklilik sistemi ile oluşan özel emeklilik fonları birçok OECD ülkesinde gelişme ve büyüme göstermektedir. Çalışmanın amacı OECD ülkelerinde emeklilik fonlarının değerlendirilmesini yaparak, özel emeklilik fonlarına göre OECD ülkelerinin hangi ülkelerle benzer yapıda olduğunu araştırmaktır. Çalışmada hiyerarşik ve hiyerarşik olmayan kümeleme yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Belirlenen kümeler karşılaştırılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada her 2 yöntemde de Amerika ve Hollanda ülkelerinin ayrı olarak tek bir kümede yer aldıkları ve Türkiye’nin; Yunanistan, Portekiz, İspanya, Çek Cumhuriyeti, Slovak Cumhuriyeti, İtalya, Kore, Slovenya ülkeleri ile aynı kümelerde yer aldığı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
The private pension funds that are formed in private retirement system have been making progress and growth in many of the OECD countries. The objective of this study is to make an assessment of pension funds (retirement funds) in the OECD countries and research to which countries OECD countries structurally resemble from the perspective of private pension funds. In this study hierarchical and non-hierarchical clustering methods have been employed and the clusters identified with respect to the 2 methods have been compared and assessed. The study has reached the conclusions that in this study the USA and the Holland countries have ranked among in a single set separately and Turkey has always fallen within the same clusters together with Greece, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Italy, Korea, Slovenia countries. * Yrd.
