HIZLI PROTOTİPLEME YÖNTEMLERİ İLE ÜRETİLEN OTOMOBİL PARÇALARININ ÜRETİM HIZLARININ KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract :

Otomotiv sektöründe, yeni projenin devreye alınması aşamasında önemli bir parametre olan zamanı iyi yönetebilmek için prototip parça üretim süreleri önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, hızlı prototipleme yöntemleri arasında yer alan ve ultraviyole (uv) dayanımı olan parçalar üretebilen FDM (fused deposition modeling), SLS (selective laser sintering) ve MJF (multi jet fusion) teknolojilerinin üretim hızlarının karşılaştırması yapılmıştır. Seçilen farklı hacimlerde 5 farklı otomobil parçası, bahsi geçen yöntemlerle üretilmiştir. Elde edilen parçaların üretim ve soğuma hızları değerlendirildiğinde en hızlı metodun MJF (multi jet fusion) olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

In the automotive industry, prototype parts production times are important to be able to manage the time well, which is an important parameter at the stage of the new project’s launch. This study compared the production speeds of FDM (fused deposition modeling), SLS (selective laser syntering) and MJF (multi jet fusion) technologies that can produce parts with ultraviolet (UV) resistance. In the selected different volumes, 5 different parts of the car were manufactured by the aforementioned methods. When assessing the production and cooling rates of the derived parts, the fastest method was MJF (multi jet fusion).
