Abstract:

Sünbülzade Vehbi was one of the 18th century poets and came to the world in Marash. Vehbi's Divan, Lutfiyye, Tuhfe-i Vehbi, Nuhbe-i Vehbi, Sevki-engîz and Münşeât are known works. Vehbi, Arabic knowledge "Nuhbe; His knowledge of Persian is also revealed by his works called "Tuhfe". Nedim influence seen in poems, but in terms of lyricism did not catch the enthusiasm in Nedim.Sünbülzade Vehbi also has poems that he wrote in a style Rindane , Aşıkhane alongside Hikemi style…The fact that the artist, who is scientifically savvy, has a scaylettered and amusing tendency is the most important reason why he can not reveal the leveled literary products. Sünbülzade Vehbi, who is in administrative positions in Anatolia, Rumeli and different parts of the Arabian geography, has a long life span. Mankind has tried to identify and name the environment first according to the properties that draw attention to itself and then to their own eyes. The name and naming are as old as human history and develop in parallel with it. The human beings, who differ from one another by their name, have not neglected to name their surroundings differently - according to purpose and function. People are always questioning the geographical names in the region where they live, then their own name, and then wondering what their names and places are and how they have come to fruition. In this context, the toponymie, which is a science branch that delves into the way in which the toponymie are given, their meaning and the change they have undergone, presents important data in illuminating the histories, lifestyles and cultures of nations. Toponymie, literally works on the place names used in the work of the name is known as toponymie. Among the works in which the materials to be evaluated in the summer period are the most voluminous are the divans who take place in the classical literary culture. Almost every poet can find place names on his divan, but some poets' divans offer a very rich material in terms of place names. One of these divan poets is Sünbülzade Vehbi. It is possible to trace traces of wide geography where he lives on the grounds through place names.   In our work, the list of place names will be removed from the artist's divan and the usage frequency will be revealed.
