This study aims to find out personality traits, leader-member exchange, and exhaustion relation among the hotel management employees, where there is not much automation causing a large number of employees and affecting the quality of work closely. The findings show that there is a positive and meaningful correlation between personality traits, leader-member exchange, and exhaustion in total [PRS↔LMX (r=.514‡**)]; [PRS↔EXH (r=.117*)]; [LMX-EXH (r=.-114*)]. In addition, there is a positive and meaningful correlation between personality traits and all the subdimensions of leader-member exchange [PRS↔EFF (r=. 322**) LYT (r=.304**) PRP (r=497**)]. It was also found out that there is a meaningful but negative correlation between personality traits with exhaustion and depersonalization [PRS↔DUT (r=.-333**), DYS (r=.- 156**). There is a positive and meaningful correlation between personality traits and personal accomplishment [PRS↔PAC (r=.748)]. It was also found out that there are meaningful correlations between leader-member exchange and all the subdimensions of exhaustion. The correlation between leader-member exchange with exhaustion and depersonalization is meaningful and negative [LMX↔EEH (r=.-366**) DPS (r=.-119§*)]. There is a positive and meaningful correlation between leader-member exchange and emotional exhaustion in personal accomplishment [LMXPAC (r=.520)]. Leader-member exchange variable in total explains 0,096 of exhaustion, 0,204*** of emotional exhaustion, 0,664*** of personal accomplishment target, and 0,178*** of depersonalization. It is understood from the findings that leader-member exchange plays a role in the relation of personality traits and exhaustion, and leader-member exchange model also affects the correlation between work period and exhaustion
